Dr. Sarah Cavrak is a scientist, yoga teacher, healer, and mentor. Over the last 24 years, she has studied human cognition, behavior, and spirituality through both psychological and yogic lenses, and has taught public and private yoga classes in the U.S. and internationally since 2013. Sarah’s classes are a playful blend of detailed alignment, mindful stretch, and gentle reflection. You'll be sure to find flavors of hatha, vinyasa, and restorative styles woven throughout her classes. When Sarah isn’t analyzing data or moving around on her yoga mat, she can be found living the slow life, hanging out amongst the sand and waves with her joyful pup, Moonstar.
